Getting started on PMG Connect

A Blue Shield CA Collaboration

Please follow these eight steps to register for e-visit services on your mobile phone.
  1. Download the PMG Connect App from Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enter your first name, last name and date of birth. Click “I am a Paradise Medical Group patient” button. Then click “verify eligibility.”
  3. Enter your email, then enter a username, and a password. Click “I agree” to both terms of use and then click “register username.”
  4. Create security questions and answers so you can reset your password if needed. Save responses.
  5. Patient details. You do not have to add a picture or your height and weight. Please add your address, telephone number, email, gender info, answer if you are hearing impaired and what language you prefer.
  6. Medical info. Please complete social history. You can skip medication, allergy and new condition questions.
  7. Mobile visit. Click yes to connect to schedule visit.
  8. Verify information and select continue. Select video. Verify reason for visit and pharmacy. Continue to payment screen. Review and confirm all information. Slide button to verify terms of conditions and then click on start visit.
