We have recently had a change to our E-Visits platform. We are no longer using PMG Connect.

What are E-Visits?

E-Visits — also known as Telehealth or a virtual doctor’s appointment — allow patients to have a online appointment with their doctor. Patients can use their computer or smart device for appointments that don’t require a face-to-face, in-office visit.

See your Paradise Medical Group doctor from anywhere using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

New PMG E-Visits

Our new E-Visit platform is easy to use. There is no app to download. At your appointment time, simply find your doctor’s name and click on the hyperlink. You will be taken to your doctor’s waiting room.

Before your appointment time, you will also be sent an email or text update with the link to join the waiting room.

Close any unused programs on your computer or device
